Studies of Successive Morphological Pattern Changing on Urethra of Mouse due to Ageing

Abstract
|
|
|
A pattern of postnatal ageing influence upon normal female albino mouse (39 in number) have been studied. Postnatal age range was from 4-day to more than one year old. Intra-abdominal administra￢tion of 0.8 micro-Curie/gm. body weight had been performed for each of the animal used.
Three micra paraffin section was prepared as micro-radioautographic application with stripping film method. Then, observed under oil, it was followed by analyzation.
1. The urethral cell renewal, in general, had been revealed a moderate high frequencies, was somewhat decline fashions with the time in immature animals, whereas, the facts were somewhat dinatured in the mature´s due to reproductive controlling humoral mechanism complex.
2. The highest value, for immature´s, had been noted in Comparison with the mature´s, as far as concern submucosal´s, while, the trend was reversed for the epithelial´s.
3. Negligible cell renewals in the muscle´s not only immature´s but also the mature´s have been considered.
4. It has been felt enough that the visible differences, in general, happen to be brought into the other dimentional point of views would be able to stated, invisible matter ._into visible, if any, by means of some different interpretation.
